  • KR1245
    Early tip scheduled for 6:00pm

Boobie will miss the game with the flu. Jamario gets the start

Twolves win 94-87. I'll watch the game on and off and then stop watching when they start playing terrible. Pretty much what I do every game.

Please for the love of God beat the T-wolves.

I hate that we are discussing this....

last year we were talking about a possible championship.

    haha. I know

I'm just trying to take something positive from this game. Hes already at 11 rebounds, well on his way to another double double.

I honestly just hope that someone wants AV bad enough that they are willing to take on Mo's or Jamison's contract.

I think they will. It sounds like the Cavs are going to try to do this through the draft. Time to clear house and bring on some draft picks

I was listening to Greg Brenda(WKNR) the other day and he is curious to see what happens next year....when the crowds are down significantly. He wants to see how good of an owner that Gilbert really is...he fears a "dark time" in Cavaliers basketball for years to come.

I honestly think that a championship caliber team can be built quicker in the NBA than any other sport, so I disagree with him.

Kosta Koufos is an ugly, grecian bastard

I sure hope that can happen in a city like Cleveland. It sure won't happen the way Boston or Miami did it, so if they are trying to follow OKC they are going to need to hit the lottery with another Durant/Lebron. I don't see that guy out there this year.

Hes not there this year. Cavs need to try to acquire multiple draft picks over the next couple years.

Where's jordo to tell us we shouldn't be talking about the Cavs because they're not number 1 in the east?

Yeah, I agree that the "can't miss" guy is not there this year.

The problem with that is you can only have 2 first round picks I believe. They are going to need a top 3-5 pick to get a real stud most likely. The teams that are willing to trade picks this year most likely will be teams that are pretty decent and will probably not be one of the worst teams in 2011-12. The Cavs can't afford 2 more years like this. They will have less than 10k in that place every night and Gilbert will be looking at Louisville, Vegas, Seattle.

I like the kid from Baylor.

Didnt the Wolves have 3 first round picks last year?

Perry Jones is the kid from Baylor, I like him as well

Agree, him and Irving (if he comes out) are easily the top 2 prospects in the draft in my opinion. I haven't seen Kanter though, so I guess he could be up there too.

smh @ the defense and shot attempt by Jamison to end the game. I have never seen an NBA team defend the 3 point line as poorly as the Cavs do.
  • dave
Maybe, I could be wrong on that.

Jones does seem very good. Don't think he can shoot the 3 though. If he can develop that he is the closest thing to Durant out there.

Jamison is a turd. Dumb call to put the ball in the hands of one of the softest players in the league at the end of the game and have him drive. They will never call that little bump. It worked the play before only because it was a busted play.
  • Rotinaj
Yea that shot was an absolutely terrible 1. Especially coming out of a time out.
  • hoops23
Well, losing is kind of bittersweet now I guess..

    Cavs waived Jawad Williams today.

Never really understood what he brought to the table. I've discussed with friends whether or not David Lighty could play in the NBA and I always refer to Jawad Williams. Doesn't do anything that well, but is solid and somehow stays on a roster.
