The Bears can actually clinch the division this weekend. They need the Packers to lose at New England, quite possible, and then the Bears need to win at Minnesota on Monday night.
That would put the Bears at 10-4 and the Packers at 8-6.
Even if the Bears lose their last two, including at Green Bay, and Green Bay wins the last two to even it up 10-6 vs. 10-6 the Bears would win the division based on division record. That loss to the Lions was a crusher for the Packers. They basically have to beat New England. -
bigdaddy2003So if the playoffs started today Baltimore would play Jacksonville correct?
-
Art ModellYou're correct. Then they would play the Steelers if the Jets would beat the Chiefs. If the Chiefs would beat the Jets the Ravens would play the Pats.
-
bigdaddy2003I can't wait for the playoffs.
-
Art ModellI'm hoping the Ravens have to play the Pats before the Steelers do.

j_crazyI think Miami has an outside chance to get in. their schedule is favorable (buf, det, and NE) but I think they put themselves in too big of a hole with the losses to Cle, Pit and NYJ (week 3, thanks to Jason Allen). 3 games they had a very good shot to win and found a way to lose.
-
NonI love the NFL this time of year.
I just want the week to end to get to more football. -

Miami needs a miracle to get in. Good job Parcells.
