justincredibleBrian Schottenheimer must be fired. Tonight.
-
september63I dont think it was a player. Anyhow, I dont know what is worse today. The play calling by Rex Ryan or the actual play of Mark Sanchez!! Either way, I like when Rex looks stupid, as he is today.

Rex Ryan doesn't call the plays. Now you look stupid. -

Maybe he should start.justincredible;598168 wrote:Rex Ryan doesn't call the plays. Now you look stupid. -

Was definitely a cheap shot. If they can pinpoint who it was he's probably getting a fine.
The punt return defender was going down the sidelines okay, but at least six feet OB. I guess the Jets guy who kneed him figured if he was going to try to avoid the return blockers by staying OB where the blockers couldn't legally get to him, he'd take matters into his own legs! -

Rex is a defensive guy.
Schotty MUST be fired tonight. Let Bill Callahan take the OC duties for the rest of the year. -

THE4RINGZGreat idea bring in a new OC and offense the week you play against the Steelers defense. You jets fans are thick skilled.

9 points in 2 games. 9 points. Against two less than average defenses. Run, run, pass, punt. Lather, rinse, repeat.
Also, Callahan is on the staff and knows the offense. So your point doesn't stand. -
Laley23Not to mention a shutout at home after a bye. The Jets offense has been pretty pedestrian most of the year and non-existent the other portion.
-
THE4RINGZMy point does stand. Callahan is familiar with the offense that had scored nine points. NINE FUCKING POINTS in the past two games.
Go drink some more tequilla Tinkerbell. -
pinstriperBesides Holmes, they have no star players. They are kind of like the Steelers Offense minus BigBen. Good enough to get you some field goals and a TD every once in a while, but not going to win you a game agianst anyone worth a shit.

Your point doesn't stand. The offense isn't the problem. The play calling is. Schotty, err...Shoddy, calls the plays. -

They did just fine, without Holmes, last season, no?
Meaning, they won 2 playoff games on the road. -
Fly4FunOuch, that was a big sack...
-
Fly4Fun4th down, 54 seconds to play.... half a football field to go for the TD.
-
Fly4FunAnd another sack to end the game...
-
THE4RINGZUntil Shotty suits up and doesn't execute the offensive woes don't fall on his shoulders.
Time to man up and admit your jets were over rated. -
pinstriperNot that they con't do fine, the defense and special teams will most always keep them in games, jsut like last year. The offense hasn't been winning games for this team, nor did they last year.

Playcalling wasn't the problem that last drive.
Sanchez is average at best as an NFL QB, the line (not Mangold) is suspect and they have no big guy other than Holmes. -
justincredibleAwesome.

Fly4FunJustin... just remember, as bad as Mark Sanchez played today... he still was better than Palmer and Delhomme.
