The good news is the Hafner contract will be up when they will have to give him a long term contract. They will prob just offer arbitration the next 2 yrs. I doubt he wants to stay in Cleveland though. -

If he didn't win the the gold medal with SK he would have most likely had to serve his 2 year commitment OR lose citizenship to his home country. Those were his only other options.
