Kings at Cavs

  • KR1245
The Cavs host the Kings tonight at the Q........tip-off scheduled for 7:30pm

Will Mo return? Sounds like hes healthy enough to go, Scott is just being cautious
    Will Andy return?
    Will Hickson bounce back?
    Will Jawad continue to suck?
What will Ben Watson dress up as for Halloween?

    Go Cavs!

I'll have to record this one since I work until midnight.

Headed to the game tonight. Hopefully they will play a little better than last night. Having Andy back will help.

Hard for me to pick now after last nights loss. I would actually say the Kings win. Kings 108 Cavs 99.

I like the Cavs since they are at home and odds are Ben Watson is somewhere in the vicinity.

    lol...

I'm about to check ticket prices, may head out there.
  • hoops23
Man, 8 bucks for some upper level seats on Flash Seats lol...

I'm not going to go though, but that's cheap!

Is he allowed to suit up for the Cavs and play? If he is what are the chances he plays tonight and wins MVP based on tonight's performance?

Vegas won't even post that bet since it is a virtual guarantee.

Sessions is playing well. Still a lot of defensive problems though.
  • hangonsloopy
67-53 cavs at the half. Sessions, boobie, JJ, and AP all in double figures.
  • jspitaleri
Pissed away a nice lead, around 16 points. Seems like the Cavs can never score in the 3rd quarter.
  • osu45804
37 point 2nd half for the Cavs as they lose 107-104
  • OQB
great and the downward slide continues...
  • hangonsloopy
That second half was pitiful. Sacramento missed 4 or 5 free throws at the end trying to give the game away. Cleveland couldn't take it though.

The highlight of my night though was Ahmad(MC guy) dressed as Alan from The Hangover. Baby carrier, sunglasses and all. It was great.
  • OQB
    :^^ Haha that is hilarious!!!

Ok, so after 3 games is this team still making the playoffs?

I never thought they were and I'll stick with that.

It's easy to say no, but look at the rest of the East. Outside of the top 3, nobody else is that good. Hell, at this point, I'd say the Knicks and Nets could make the playoffs. If that's true, the Cavs have as good of a chance as anyone to finish as the 6th, 7th or 8th seed (have to think Chicago and Atlanta WILL end up in the playoffs as well).

    1. Miami
    2. Boston
    3. Chicago
    4. Orlando
    5. Atlanta

The rest is completely up in the air. Anyone left could win 45 games or lose 45 games...without much difference between any of them.

Here's a better (and much easier) question to answer: After the first week of the season (since they don't play again until Tuesday) have the Cavs overachieved, underachieved, or right on par? Honestly I think they've underachieved. The Kings and Raptors are probably going to be bottom teams this year. Yet Toronto handled the Cavs no problems, and then the Cavs responded by choking away the next game with Sacramento.
I think you can't make any playoff projections until another two weeks, because by then the Cavs will have played Philadelphia and New Jersey twice, Indiana, and Washington. Those four teams (along with Toronto) are going to be the ones heavily competing to face the Heat or Celtics in the playoffs. So it'll be interesting to see how they play a few times who are more or less on the same level, plus they get a shot at a very talented and experienced Atlanta team. Philly and Washington have looked fucking bad. I really really really think the Cavs need to take them out.

    its a long season buddy

Obviously a disappointing last two games...

That win against Boston was obviously very emotionally driven. I'm still unsure how this team is going to finish this season.

I think the Kings will be solid this year. Not sure that they will make the playoffs but I think they will make a decent showing. I like their core of Evans and Cousins
