  really though..i dont get why mike doesnt give troy smith a chance or bring nate davis up off of the practice squad. Its pretty obvious, by the dozens of chances they have had, that Carr and Smith are never going to amount to anything in the NFL

  Davis expected to be activated this week. Carr sucked. Smith can't be worse
