1. Pittsburgh 3-0...Might be a jinx with a potential loss coming against Baltimore, but through three weeks I think they've been the most impressive team. Some quality wins. Great defense and coaching.
2. Atlanta 2-1...If I'm putting Pittsburgh at No. 1, this makes sense. The Falcons were right there in that battle and then knocked off the defending champs.
3. New Orleans 2-1
4. Indianapolis 2-1...Even though they lost to Houston, it looks like Manning and the receivers have picked it up since then and the defense has been better.
5. N.Y. Jets 2-1...They're back to being a serious Super Bowl contender with the growth Sanchez has shown the past two games.
6. Chicago 3-0...This is a tough pack of teams to rank but I'll give the Bears the credit for wins. They did beat Dallas and Green Bay, two pretty good teams.
7. Green Bay 2-1...I wasn't that impressed with the team as a whole, but Rodgers alone makes them a threat in the NFC.
8. Houston 2-1
9. New England 2-1
10. Cincinnati 2-1
11. Baltimore 2-1...I feel like they should be higher but they did lose to the Bengals and had a surprisingly difficult time with Cleveland. They can make a move up with a victory in Pittsburgh.
12. Kansas City 3-0...We'll find out more after their bye week, when they face Indy and Houston back-to-back.
13. Philadelphia 2-1
14. Tennessee 2-1
15. Miami 2-1...Good offensive line and Henne is quietly becoming a dangerous QB. But I think some liability spots on defense will be their downfall this year.
16. Dallas 1-2
17. Minnesota 1-2
18. Seattle 2-1
19. Arizona 2-1
20. San Diego 1-2
21. Denver 1-2
22. Washington 1-2
23. N.Y. Giants 1-2
24. Tampa Bay 2-1
25. Jacksonville 1-2
26. Oakland 1-2
27. St. Louis 1-2
28. Detroit 0-3
29. San Francisco 0-3...biggest flop so far
30. Cleveland 0-3
31. Buffalo 0-3
32. Carolina 0-3
