  I heard that about Chicago too, but weren't they also throwing out contract negotiations to Noah (negating any possibility of landing 'Melo in the process?)...or was that something Noah was trying to get? I heard it a couple weeks ago so I don't remember.
  Wouldn't Melo the Nets be somewhat of an Amare with the Knicks situation?--where you have an elite player surrounded by mostly scrubs?
