Livan Hernandez...Shot at Cycle?
-
Ironman92He's pitching a 2 hitter in the top of the 5th against the Braves and he has a double and a HR in his first two at bats.....the triple could be interesting
-
karen lotzAdam Dunn hit a ball out of Turner Field. Longest HR I've seen. I really dislike Livan and his god damned 60 MPH eephus or whatever he throws. That and Jurrjens has been bad over his past 2 starts.
-
Ironman92They'll estimate it at 440 ft...like that insane shot at Yankee Stadium last year
one of those guys where he can make the ball kinda dissappear it goes so far -
karen lotzi think it was 465. Cleared all of the seats in the section directly to the right of the batter's eye. Bounced through the pavilion and into some restaurant. Looked like he barely swung.
-
Ironman92So the longest Hr you've seen is 465?
He hits those and then his walk total goes up....with his approach and how he gets hot and hits embarrassing long HR he can never stay hot for too long -
karen lotzIt seemed farther than that. I was exaggerating a little bit but he did hit it a long way.
-
Ironman92I wish he'd give it a Prince Fielder rip every once in a while
-
justincredibleI hit one 466' one time. NBD.
-
karen lotzLivan coming to the plate.

Side note: Hernandez has been dominant, but this home plate umpire has been one of the most inconsistent I've seen. I guess he is consistently bad but wow. I am going to take a pic of one of the calls in question with fox trax or whatever. -

BURN! -
Ironman92I recall Livan striking out 15 batters versus the Braves in the 1997 playoffs
Eric Gregg was off the charts -

interesting. I said Livan has been dominant. It doesn't matter what the strike zone was tonight it would be the same outcome. I was just pointing out that this umpire is not having a good night. Good talk.dave;484353 wrote:hey look everyone, chris carpenter posts here ^^^^^^^ -
Ironman92looked good to me....outer half
