chicago510According to Buster Olney, the steal was actually a missed squeeze attempt that Masset shat down his leg on. How can you not see third base when you are a RIGHTY?!

karen lotzThat was the worst baserunning on a squeeze of all time then if that were the case.

And the worst move by a pitcher to pick him off of all time. -
karen lotzAgreed.
-
karen lotzWhew. Jurrjens loaded the bases with no body out but got a strikeout, infield pop up, and ground ball to get out unscathed.
-
osu45804Well 7 - 3 ratbirds ...... Go figure STL can beat up on the Reds & Braves but suck ass vs the Brewers, Astros, Cubs & Nationals lol
-
karen lotzfuck em.

justincredibleFFUUUUUUUUUUUU

davedamn this team sucks right now. i'll be there tomorrow night, was hoping for a sellout but after this road trip they will be lucky to hit 30k.
-
osu45804STL up 10 - 3 ... looking like the lead is down to 5

Ironman92the majority of your vcash was because Dustin Johnson didn't know fans were allowed to walk thru a playable sand trap and his club touched the sand by a millimeter
I'm sure you had a cute picture to predict that as well -

Yeah, I'm going as well and the crowd will probably suck. Oh well, they are 7-0 when I am there so I will try my hardest not to miss a home game the rest of the way. -
CinciX12I've seen only losses so far this year. I might head down just to see who's karma is stronger. Mine or Nick Mangolds.

You cannot win that battle. -

JugheadI must say, the Reds keep finding ways to amaze me, and not in a good way.
-
gerb131Hope they didn't shoot their load too early this year. Hopefully GABP will be happy to see the Reds back, I know I will be. It's like they get lost in Colorado what the fuck time zone is that?

mhs95_06I saw the highlights on ESPN's baseball tonight. Of course the Nelson steal of home was very interesting. The play I wanted to see though, they didn't show. That one was when the Red's led 5-3 and Chapman came in with no out and runners on 2nd and 3rd. Herrera hit a grounder to Votto and he came home and the runner was called safe. On the radio Marty said that he should have been called out. Did anyone see that play and could comment if Marty was correct? If Colorado doesn't get that run to cut it to 5-4 it might have been different, but the Reds would probably have given up the winning run in the 9th instead of the 8th. Also Votto made an error in the 8th to allow the lead runner(Nelson) to get to 3rd with none out. I wasn't listening to the radio then and wonder if someone can describe what went wrong there.
The last road trip when they did so well and gained so much ground when we really thought they'd lose ground, the Reds came home and were disappointed in the turnout. This road trip went poorly, but they still came home in better shape than when they came home from the last road trip, and in excellent shape overall. Seems like now would be the time for fans to really show their support and go out to try to lift this team that has to be down now to make the final 22 game push to the playoffs and hopefully home field advantage through the playoffs. They are just 1.5 games behind Philadelphia and the best record in the NL! -
Mooney44CardsI was listening and apparently Votto just made a bad throw to first.
I'm not panicking just yet. This team is beat up big time and we have guys like Janish and Heisey who aren't used to playing every day who look like they need a few days off in a row. Luckily they have some very winnable games coming up, and can maybe stretch this lead back to 6 or 7 by sunday.
