  That's one of my biggest beefs with the NFL. Blacking out meaningless games because the game doesn't sell out. We are still in one of the biggest recessions in recent memory and Goodell/the NFL is strong arming fans

  Blackouts don't happen in a real football city.( Pittsburgh ).
