Is Joey Votto a serious MVP contender?
-
The EnforcerYes or No?
-
justincredibleYes.
-
karen lotzContender? His name is already on the trophy.
-
wildcats20If the Reds win the Central, he will be the NL MVP. Hell I'm starting to feel like even if they only get the Wild Card he will win it.
-
karen lotzI think what is helping Votto is Omar Infante and Martin Prado will split votes.
-
wes_mantoothI think he should be....but it is obvious after almost not getting into the all star game that he is being overlooked. I would be surprised if he won it even if they win the division.
-
dave2 horse race between Votto and Pooholes. Joey needs to put up some decent numbers in LA, SF, SD, and Colorado to win some of the west coast vote.
-
justincredibleAccording to Colin Cowherd Votto is crap and his peers think he sucks.
-
Ironman9240 games left.....a lot of stats to go

Given his comments on Votto this has never been more clear. -
Commander of AwesomeNot a Reds fan, but I think he has to be a strong candidate. I dont see how he isnt a serious contender for the MVP.
-
darbypitcher22I think he has to be. He still has better numbers than Pujols at this point in the triple crown categories doesn't he?

Higher average. -
killdeerabsolutely..............
already is in the top three.
how it all turns out depends upon the Reds fortunes to some extent......
but, the classic MVP is a player who achieves closest to the triple crown.............this year, Votto has a shot.
