  Yeah. Considering that someone I didn't personally know that well, but have a number of friends/acquaintances who did, got waxed by someone over the influence a few days back, I'd agree with that. Considering that said "rape" (assuming Ben's being referenced since this thread was started by the site stench known as Al/Art) hasn't been remotely proven in anything resembling a court of law and it's not even close.
