  This Message is Directly for the fans of Cleveland from your adopted son, The one and only Boobie G. As you know i was born and raised in Houston, TX. Never once stayed outside the state for more than two weeks and the time I did, that was for basketball. But after two years of college at the University of Texas I decided to make the jump. You can just imagine how fast my mind was racing going to a city so many miles out of my comfort zone not knowing one single person. But I thank God it was Cleveland! Because From day one the city embraced me and made me feel like I was home. My Second HOME. And as time went on I began to see why we connected. Cleveland is a never die city, city of loyalty, hard-workers, passion, desire, and toughness. A lot of the same characteristics I have in me and that inspired me. So I made a promise to myself that every day I stepped foot on that basketball court I would show the world what Cleveland was all about. Leaving everything i had on the court. So no matter what obstacle was placed in front of me, I would bust right through it. No matter how high, I would get over it. Or how wide I would get around it. N I hope I did that and will continue to do that. I said that to say, I know right now emotions are high, and people are confused about the way things went down. But I'm here to say DO NOT FORGET THAT WE STILL HERE. and WE GONE GRIND!!!! The Cavaliers haven't went anywhere, just lost a piece. Everything in life happens for a reason, Some which we dont understand and never will. Somethings we cant control, But the thing we can control is our passion and our love for city of Cleveland and state of OHIO. And that every single night we take that we floor We Will represent. Blood SweAT and Tears. We will go hard. Just like you. From the bottom to the top, this organization is committed to winning and we wont stop now..... Cant stop now. I LOVE you. We Love YOU.   As for me on another note, I'm in LA working on my game so that i may be a key part of this movement next season. The family is doing great. MY wife to be is in the studio every day and night trying to create the best album of her career. Cutting no corners putting her heart in it like never before. With so much new emotion to show the world. My son Daniel Jr. is 4 months now. Everyday he gets bigger. We took him to the doctor yesterday to get two shots. And lil man did not shed a tear. even laughed a little bit. Tough lil dude, something like his daddy LOL. The rest of the fam is back home in Houston working with the DGib Hoops Foundation-Shooting for Success. Helping mainly inner city youth to meet new friends, become more discipline, athletically and academically so that one day they may qualify for scholarships and go on to college and be whatever they want to be. Following a living example. ME... Well thats enough for today, yall stay tuned for my next post and remember if you believe, you can achieve. ANYTHING

  Good grief people...so he's not a cunning linguist. Probably texted the whole thing. And yes...the Boobster will be a welcome addition next year on the court. One of Brown's biggest mistakes was sticking with Parker's "length". Gibson will be fun to watch this coming season.

  I really hope boobie gets on the floor a lot more this season. I never really understood why Brown stopped playing him as much after how big he was in the 07 post season.

  Boobie's letter is why i hate when trolls come on here to hate on Cleveland and say stupid shit like "why would anyone want to go to Cleveland?" Yeah the city is definitely not doing well, and is getting worse, but I haven't heard a former Cleveland athlete complain about playing for Cleveland. They all love Cleveland because of the love that is shown for them. Although Manny Ramirez pissed me off when he left, he still says to this day the happiest times of his career was when he played for Cleveland. After playing in LA, Orlando, Miami, and Phoenix Shaq came to Cleveland, and naturally he fell in love with the city, because of the love that was shown to him.
  
  That's what pisses me off about LeBron the most. He left to a city that really doesn't give a shit at all.

  Since Lebron is gone and they have a Class guy like Byron Scott coaching I'm gonna root for the Cavs to win the East and get waxed by the lakers in the Finals.

  Funny that he's in LA during the offseason. Also funny that Boobie is going to show loyalty to a team that WAY overpaid for his services. But then again, I'm just a hater.

  Yes, you are a troll/hater, and this post just helps contribute to that stigma. There was really no other reason to comment on that post other than the fact you are a troll/hater.
  
  Boobie is just one example out of many Cleveland athletes, and most them were not paid as handsomely as Boobie. Also, what's your point about him in LA? Doesn't change the fact he has love for Cleveland and loves the fans. I know a lot of college grads who moved out of Ohio, and still have love for Ohio (i.e. they are still fans of Cleveland).... If I had 3 months off from my job every year, I would probably go to a beach town as well, it doesn't change the fact i love my city. Nice FAIL. Your post was a stretch, just do us all (and yourself) a favor and stfu.
