Lebron: The Decision....Official Thread. Post All Lebron Talk here.

From the RCF board.ESPN News just stated that Pat Riley is in talks with Colangelo about a sign and trade that will involve Michael Beasley.
That, coupled with news Lebron flew down to Miami tonight to meet with Pat Riley (according to Ric Bucher) can't be a good thing.
Between that extra 2 million on the salary cap, and a possible trade of Beasly, there would be enough money to bring Lebron in.
Not time to panic yet, but it doesn't help Cleveland's cause that Lebron sees the eastern conference teams loading up with players while his GM sits on his ass. -

Right. I'm sure Knicks fans would be give him a standing ovation after that performance. -
KR1245Who knows if the Miami stuff is true. So many rumors out there right now.

Unconfirmed reports also have LeBron in Ohio at this very moment. That's it - I'm driving by his house. Will tweet when I'm there in 3 mins. -

Azubuike24Must be a league under the lights. Does he hit clean up?

And I don't begrudge him the right to play somewhere other than Cleveland. It's Cleveland. It blows. There's nothing to do in that town except masturbate and cry. But there's a normal way of doing things, and there's the dick way of doing things, and making your own free agency a two-year drama capped off with a variety show directed by Senor Spielbergo falls squarely in the purview of FLAMING FUCKING DICK MOVES. -

Lots of lights on, more cars than usual in driveway at LBJs. Thats all I got. -
HitsRusIdiocy on display here. How any Ohioan could root for him to go elsewhere is beyond me. I'm not a basketball fan, but the guy brings and generates a lot of money for the area.
-
Con_AlmaA poorly attending Cleveland Indians season brings in more money than a sold out Cavaliers season does.
I agree, however, that rooting for him and his value to leave doesn't make a lot of sense. -
thedynasty1998I personally and not rooting for him to leave, but I will root for him wherever he goes.

BIGGEST CROCK OF BULLSHIT I'VE SEEN YOU POST. You and Gibby have been sporting wood for well over a week at the prospect of him leaving. You've been wishing & hoping for it for awhile. TOTAL BULLSHIT. -
thedynasty1998The biggest crock of bullshit I've seen is you complain that Lebron wears a Yankee's hat. The world is bigger than Cleveland, Ohio. Do I want him to stay? Yes, because I like to go to a couple Cavs games each year to watch him. However, I just can't see any reason for him to stay.
-
BR1986FBBullshit. There's likely not a person on here, except you, who has been following this back & forth dialogue over the last few weeks that thinks you WANT Lebron to stay. You've made it pretty clear in your posts. I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to find a person or two to back me up on that.

I've thought he was leaving all along and I do think he would be making a mistake if he returned (if his ultimate goal is to win championships). I do wish the Cavs roster was better than what it is. I wish Ferry were smarter. But reality is that they are in a situation and stuck. Unfortunately, that situation isn't good enough. -

LOL!!! Tempers are starting to boil over already. I love it! -

Not really. Was just pointing out to him that his "I really don't want Lebron to leave" post was bullshit. At the end of the day it will suck if Lebron leaves but the last time I checked, my paychecks weren't signed by "Lebron James" so life will go on. -
4cards...Holding his presser in CT, why not in Akron where he does everything else like the MVP award presention?
Because he doesn't want to be anywhere within 500 miles of Cleveland when he says he's headed to Miami. -
like_thatApparently he is attending Carmelo's Wedding in CT, that's why he is there, but who cares its over. I received an ESPN text confirming he is going to the heat.
-
thedynasty1998I still think Chicago has a chance, but everything points towards Miami at this time.

There are many people in LeBron's camp who are advising against leaving including, I'm told, Chris Paul. But this is a committee of one. -
ernest_t_bassMy dad just said he's going to New York.

Something tells me that Paul might like to come to Cleveland to play with Lebron. But as the post says, he's a committee of one. If his mind is made up, I don't even know if by some miracle they could acquire Paul that it would keep him here.
