  Mike Hegan said that he has only seen that a couple of times in his whole career of playing and announcing. I agree with HitsRus, that was Little League and the turning point in the game. Aight....let's get back to winning!

  I saw the replay, Mike Redmond was hustling out of the box but he's very fucking slow.
  
  The fielder was also shallow in right. Acta actually admitted that when Redmond is batting, the opposing right fielder usually creeps up quite a bit.

  Come on BRF....that has to be the first time you've ever seen that in the big leagues. I've seen a few throws to first from right...but never got the out. When the play was happening....I'm thinking the guy at second will probably get thrown out at the plate....because the outfielder was in shallow. And then I see the throw...and I'm thinking....wow...what a God awful throw to the plate. And then....well...never mind.

  I see that Chris Gimenez is batting .290 for Columbus, why not bring him up as a backup catcher. He has done it before and he can actually make good contact and call balls and strikes.
  
  Just cut Redmond and bring up someone else, hes only getting paid half a million anyway so its not like the Indians would be taking a huge hit.

  The Redmond play was one of the more bizarrely hilarious plays I've ever seen. I've pulled it off in Nintendo baseball, but didn't think it could be done in actual competition.
