Kobe haters are comical
-
2quik4uThey called Kobe a sidekick & replaceable during the first repeat even though he averaged 1 to 2 ppg less than Shaq in 2001 & 2002 Playoffs/Finals but have the nerve to say that Gasol carried Kobe while averaging 10 points less than Kobe in the 2009/2010 Playoffs/Finals. Makes sense doesnt it?
00-01 playoffs
Shaq - 30.4 ppg
Kobe- 29.4 ppg
01-02 playoffs
Shaq - 28.5 ppg
Kobe - 26.6 ppg
08-09 playoffs
Pau - 18.3 ppg
Kobe - 30.2 ppg
09- 10 playoffs
Pau - 19.6
Kobe - 29.2
So basically in a nutshell....in 2002 Playoffs Shaq's 28 ppg carried Kobe's 26 ppg, in 2001 Shaq's 30 ppg carried Kobe's 28 ppg. Kobe wasnt close to Shaq at all. He was a bum. And in 2009-2010....Pau's 19 ppg carried Kobe's 29 ppg. Pau is the true leader & MVP of that series. -
pmoney25You know what is comical
1. That anyone in there right mind would compare Kobe to MJ. And this is coming from someone who absolutely hates Michael Jordan. But Kobe will never be on his level.
2. That you go this much out of your way to try and prove a point.
Kobe is great, we get it. -
newarkcatholicfanI will give you Kobe will never be MJ as King James will never be Kobe.
-
hoops232quik, PPG is a little misleading as Shaq made Kobe's job A LOT easier. I don't kno why you let "Kobe Haters" get to you, especially since people hate on great players all the time, much as yourself hates on LeBron.
Besides, there is one common factor in all these championships for Kobe, Derek Fisher. It's obvious he can't win w/o Fisher. -

LBJ will never be Kobe? That's good, not every star feels the need to rape someone. -
wes_mantoothI call BS on this thread....there are no internet lawls in it.
-
HitsRusI find the whole arguement childish....but so typical of the posters who engage in it.
Obviously Jordan, Kobe, and LeBron are cream of the crop players who are(Jordan) and who are still proving( Kobe and LeBron) that they are among the best basketball players of all time. Each has their own strengths and accomplishments, and plays under different circumstances and in different venues.
I find it comical that a discussion of such stuff has devolved into a kid's playground arguement, bragging.... "my Dad can beat up your Dad".
Really, if you step back and look at it, Bryant, Jordan and James don't give a fuck about any of you guys. Yet people rip or brag on them like they were best buds,
Hahaha. -
sleeperThe Lakers won the championship not because of Kobe, but because of their size and their rebounding. The Celtics would have BLOWN out the Lakers in game 7 if it weren't for all their offensive rebounds. The only thing Kobe did was chuck and chuck, and his team was lucky they seem to fall right back to the Lakers every time.
6-24, Finals MVP. LOL -
RotinajKobes beastly 40% from the field(31% from 3) is definitely the main reason they won this series. Not other guys stepping up when he sucked. The Lakers won games where Kobe shot 34% and 25%. That says it all right there.
-
Skyhook79No this says it all:
Hey sleeper, when do you start your annual fail "Lebron is going to win it this year" thread??? -
HitsRus^^^^my point illustrated......jock sniffer!
-
BR1986FBSomebody better floss with that extra ball hair that Kobe left behind when he let the Mamba teabag him.
-
mths_2013He's a phony

They must have asked the people in the picture how many women they thought Kobe raped, one thinks two....but the other thinks five....Hmm....interesting. -
El Jefe GrandeKobe!
-
skankKobe shows up at a 'Kobe's victims convention"?
-
skankNo doubt that convention was in Colorado.

The thing about though is when he stops shooting well, he mans up and helps in other ways. -
georgemc80I think you guys have it all wrong...Kobe can't win without Derek Fisher......lol

Maybe the first 3 but the last 2 were clearly because of the intimidation factor of Adam "The Stache" Morrison.
