Tribe vs. Yankees
-
BRFI guess it would really be something if we knocked off the Yankees tonight. Got to hear our coach, Steve Smith, give his perspective on the game. Steve Smith, kinda puts the direction of this Club in perspective. Go Tribe!
-
Laley23I fully expect Hughes to have double digit Ks tonight.
-
darbypitcher22should be a good pitching matchup with Carmona vs. Hughes... Hughes, while 5-1 has been less than stellar in his last two starts, and tonight would be a great opportunity to get things back on the right track
-
BRFBTW, I hate you for just this series.
-
Glory Dayswow, ERAs are just blowing up tonight.
-
chs_redskinsGo Tribe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Laley23Good wishes to David Huff. A-Rod SMOKED a liner right off his head and Huff was motionless for a good while. Gave the thumbs-up on the stretcher before being taken to the hospital.
-
Glory Dayslooks like we have ourselves a ball game today.
-
Glory Dayshow many runs are going to be walked in this series? this pitching is flat out horrid.
-
Glory Daysif anyone wants to watch the indians do any good. Major League is on comedy central.
-
Glory Daysthere should be a mercy rule in effect when the indians play.
-
GOONx19
That ball went a long ass way after it hit his head. Hope he's alright. -
Glory DaysWHAT THE HELL HAPPEND!?!?!?!?! 13-10 Tribe? i turned it off after like 10-3 yankees.
-
Glory DaysFinal score, 13-11 Tribe!
-
Glory Days
did you notice the homeplate umpire's reaction? it looks like he felt the pain just watching it. -
devil1197Hopefully Huff is okay, he got smoked.
Glad to see the guys rally back and win one especially thinking about your teammate. -
HitsRusHuff was back in the dugout at the end of the game...his activities are restricted for 18 hours, but he apparently has suffered no ill effects from the liner off his forehead.

The post game summary I read said Huff was going to remain in the hospital for a "few more hours"--are you sure it was him in the dugout?HitsRus wrote: Huff was back in the dugout at the end of the game...his activities are restricted for 18 hours, but he apparently has suffered no ill effects from the liner off his forehead. -

that and they interviewed Lou Marson after the game and he had no idea what Huff's status was and asked the announcers if there was an update. if he was in the dugout, wouldnt Marson know?hoops23 wrote:

Glory Daystribe out to an early 1-0 lead.
-
hoops23This is why you keep throwing a YOUNG Justin Masterson out there. Currently throwing a GEM against the NYY in a 1-0 lead going into the bottom of the 6th.
-
hoops233-0 Tribe going into the bottom half of the 7th inning.
