wildcats20Quote of the night...
"I'd like to get one more cookie." -
Trueblue23Lakers looked DAMN good tonight, hopefully we can keep this up Wednesday night.
btw, I LOVE Inside the NBA -
wildcats20The TNT guys have absolutely NO comp when it comes to post and pregame analysis. I wish they could get Magic on there more. And I've always like the addition of C Webb.

sportswizuhrdSchedule for this series is messed up. Three days off in between Wednesday and Sunday's game. They walkin?

Swamp FoxI was somewhat amused as I watched the last few moments of game one play out and thought about all the player comparisons I had been reading about on here, and how Kobe Bryant was no better than third and fading fast in the battle to determine the NBA's best player. After lighting up the Suns for 40 tonight, including an array of typically Kobe type shots, I will maintain that at tournament time there is no one better or more "clutch" than Bryant is. I don't like the Lakers. I really never have. I used to be a huge Celtics fan back in the day, because the Celtics were the only team that seemed to not be in awe of the "Hollywood" Lakers and their array of star players. I am still that way and I'd love to see the Celtics, or anyone else for that matter, cause the Lakers to come up short, but you simply can't deny the impact that Kobe has on the game. I'm afraid the Kobe haters out there are going to have to wait quite a while longer before someone replaces him as the "play-off player of the year" in the NBA.

Honestly the only one who really says this is sleeper. And he just says it to get a reaction out of people. But if he truly believes it...well that's another story.Swamp Fox wrote: I was somewhat amused as I watched the last few moments of game one play out and thought about all the player comparisons I had been reading about on here, and how Kobe Bryant was no better than third and fading fast in the battle to determine the NBA's best player. wildcats20Amar'e had a very, very quiet 23 IMO.
I would have honestly said he had about 15 if I didn't see his stat line just now. -
Trueblue23Barkley made a brilliant point on Inside the NBA.
When Phoenix tries to match the Lakers size by playing Lopez, Amare suffers. When they insert Frye, he spreads the floor which really helps Amare, but the team as a whole suffers.
Lakers are just too big, too good for Phoenix. -
wildcats20Right.
Oh and get Reggie the hell of the stage. Just replace him with Cheryl lol -
wildcats20Oh and did we get "Gone Fishing" pics before the game?? I didn't watch pregame.
