I 92's Baseball Trivia....Reds Hitters
-
Ironman92Name the last Reds player to have 30+ HR, 100+ runs, 100+ RBI and a .300+ batting average in the same season.
-
Lovejoy1984Tony Perez
-
Azubuike24George Foster or Frank Robinson
-
killdeerEric Davis.
George Foster is also a great pick.
Barry Larkin was never a great RBI steak, otherwise he would be the man. -
fictioneric davis (but the batting average probably got him)
i'll also throw in dave parker -
Ironman92George Foster 1977
124 runs 52 HR 149 rbi .320 avg
Eric Davis missed it with a .293 avg -
FootwedgeDo the same trivia question for the Indians. I don't think the tribe has ever had a player do this.
-
FootwedgeLooked up Speaker and Nap Lajoie. Each had one season where they hit 300, knocked in over 100 and scored over 100....but did not hit 30 plus home runs.
-
FootwedgeWhoa...my bad...my really bad. LOL. Albert Belle did it in both 95 and 96.
-
FootwedgeManny did it in 1999 and Thome did it in 2002 as well.
-
Azubuike24Travis Hafner did it in 2006.
-
Ironman92I was going to say Belle and Ramirez had to do it.
-
Laley23Belle, Manny, and Hafner were no brainers lol. Wasnt sure on Thome.

I admitted having a brain fart. Do I need to feed the OC dunce kitty too?Laley23 wrote: Belle, Manny, and Hafner were no brainers lol. Wasnt sure on Thome.
I don't think Pronk was a no brainer either. Not too many Indians scored 100 runs lately. -
Laley23
Pronk was 4th in the MVP. He hit 42 HRs, it is pretty tough to not score 100 runs when you score 42 by yourself.Footwedge wrote:

I wasnt trying to call you out, it was just funny to me because Belle and Hafner had insane years, and Manny had one as well very recently. Thome I wasnt sure about.
