How the hell does that relate?

    lol.

he's keeping his answers politically correct.

Yeah I don't see the correlation.

"We had a great time together." - Lebron in regards to Cleveland.

    Past tense.

    Bye bye asshole.

Just watched the last bit of his postgame comments, this is what stuck out to me..

"First of all, I want to win--That's my only concern, it's all about winning to me and I think the Cavs are committed to doing that, but I've given myself options, myself and my business team have a gameplan that we're going to execute and we'll see where we're at"
  • Big Red Monster
If he truly wants to win, he will leave Cleveland.
  • hoops23
Oh, you're a troll. I wasn't too aware of who the hell you were.

    It makes sense now.
  • Big Red Monster
Can you honestly say that he will ever win a title in Cleveland after what has happened the last 2 years?

His best chance was this year and they blew it.

He got the team he wanted and they still couldnt win.

No he won't because he doesn't have the sack to do it. It's ALL about becoming the "next Warren Buffett", not about winning. You could put Kobe, Bosh & Wade around him in ANY city and he'd still fall short.

People want to compare him to Michael Jordan...BULLSHIT. Even with these scrubs, Jordan would have FOUND a way to win a ring or two. Lebron, you're NO Jordan.

QFT. Jordan had Luc Longley, Bill Wennington, Bill Cartright, Craig Hodges, Stacey King, etc...he had one all-star (Pippen) and a bunch of nobody's. Lebron has a pretty decent collection of talent around him, and he looks like shit when it counts.
  • vdubb96
^^He also had Kukoc, Rodman, Harper. Just sayin'

I guess my point was that people need to QUIT comparing him to Jordan because he's nowhere NEAR the clutch player that Jordan was. I guess that makes my point even MORE valid that Jordan would have had a couple of rings with Lebron's supporting cast if he can win them with the players you mentioned.

It's a moot point because he's gone anyway. If "winning a championship" is REALLY his motivator, he's gonna go where he feels he has the BEST shot. Right now, as assembled, the Cavs are probably about the FIFTH most likely to win a title next year. It's not gonna get any better with the albatross' of "Choke" Williams and an aging Jamison on the roster. Ferry can only pull SO many rabbits out of a hat.

Jamison's contract handcuffed them. Before that trade my thoughts were "you BETTER make DAMN sure this is the piece that gets you a title or you're fucked with that contract."

Cavs key was Mike Brown, he blew it, period.

The roster on the floor to start the Bulls series was the first time they played together all season. Jamison had never played with Shaq. Mo is a tweener, not a point, not a two. This roster could win it all but the team had no idea from night to night wtf was going on, they got frustrated and it showed.

Brown being gone will change the dynamic condiderably.

Brown should have been gone after last year when there was talk of him being fired.

My boss and I were talking about this and his thoughts were that they should have gone smaller and got Boston into a track meet. He felt the Cavs could utilize their athleticism and tire out the Celtics.
  • bLuE_71
Brown is clearly and idiot and has been for the past how many years?

How do you not win with Lebron?

The team wins a record setting 66 games, goes 10 and 4 in the playoffs, Brown wins NBA coach of the year....and then you fire him?

    Harsh.

Everybody wants to blame the coach when this shit happens. The real lesson here on this season......trading for Jamison and in particular, signing Shaq destroyed this team.

Not too many in Cleveland were calling for Marty's head after the drive and the fumble seasons.

So wrong here. Jordan had one of the all time great shooters (Kerr), one of the all time best rebounders (Rodman), and one of the all time best superstar role players (Pippen).

Lebron's never had anyone nearly as close.

I'm disappointed in Lebron as well, but you can't put this on him. His supporting cast is awful. Even Kobe went through bad years without Shaq and before Bynum and Gasol.
