  I'm judging mostly from an NFL standpoint. I'm a casual fan of the NBA so I don't really mind hearing about the Cavs.

  I think you can find quirky things with every team, and being that you are on an Ohio Site you are going to have a large proportion of Cleveland fans, and some of the irrationally delusional will stand out. Claiming they are the most obnoxious is way too subjective, but they certainly are one of the most loyal franchising is the world, and you can take that to the bank.

  While I, as a Pittsburgh fan, still consider Capone to be a dumbfuck, he did mention in some thread here a day or three ago that he was born in or near Pittsburgh (don't remember the details, but remember that he said he was a native).
  
  While I realize you embrace dumbass bbmind's "laws" for determining fanhood, it would be hypocritical of you supporting the concept of the Browns having fan groups around the world while being critical of a Pittsburgh-area native living in Ohio being a fan of Pittsburgh teams.
