    or

    Steve Nash's eye

    The eye.

    What happened to Nash's eye?
  • SQ_Crazies
Elbow is probably more painful, but one eye is definitely harder to play through.
  • wes_mantooth
    Steve Nash's ugliness.

Jesus! I'll go with Smeagol Nash on this one

What exactly is the injury to James' elbow?
  • wildcats20
Nash took an accidental bow to the eye from Duncan as Timmy was driving to the rim.

hurt feelings? actually i did read there was something, but i forget.

Lebron has a bruise on his elbow, it's not a factor.

Nash is a beast! I was watching the game with one eye for awhile to see how it affects one's vision and it's pretty remarkable that he was able to adjust so easily to playing with one eye as the PG.

I haven't seen any reports defining something being wrong with the elbow. I have read he's had two MRIs with a third being scheduled and each found nothing yet. Am I missing something?

    umm nash's injury by far

For some reason, it was much worse in games 2 and 4 than it was in games 1 and 3

What was much worse? That's what I am asking.

You could take both of Lebron's eyes and his elbow and he'd still be 10x the player Nash is.

The media falsely reported on a lot of LeBron's elbow news--like I said all along, they went ape shit with it and wayyyy overboard. And then deflected all the heat onto LeBron, it was bullshit.

But unless you've ever had a severely bruised elbow, then don't say it's nothing because you're making yourself sound like a dumbass. We're not talking about a black and blue spot where you hit your arm on your car door here.

    Accidental....your funny.

LeBron described the feeling as being similar to hitting your funny bone, indicating that there's at least some nerve irritation.

I've actually played with both injuries. Actually, scratch that. I went through a week of football with my eye swollen shut, but I couldn't do anything with a damaged nerve in my arm.

Nash will be runnin pickup ball at the YMCA for 20 years after he retires.

I know what you're saying. I got hit by an 80+ MPH pitch in the elbow once, had some nerve irritation and bruising. I literally couldn't do shit with my arm for a week. I know LeBron's isn't as bad as mine was, because it's not about being "tough", you couldn't play if it was bad enough. But I don't doubt that it hurts pretty bad. Mine lingered for a few weeks. But you can play through pain. To do what Nash does (see the floor, shot jumpers) to only have one eye is way tougher. Not only does it cut half your vision off, but it screws with your depth perception too.

Is that what he has/had....a severely bruised elbow???
