NBA LETS GO BOSTON

#1 - I aint trippin bout no cavs

#2 - ncf, I will take your Lakers card. As in five minutes ago.

Boston is a joke of a franchise, their fans are a bunch of red headed, drunk bags of douche who only drink to dull the pain of living in a city gripped with sodomy.

Any Lakers fan who ever put the words "Go" and "Boston" together, without "fuck yourself" between them, should be euthanized.

Fuck the Cavs. I agree. But cheering for Boston? I'd rather rape and kill my brother.

Joke of a franchise? .... Wow do some research there, Who has the most titles in NBA history? Boston.... Who was the first NBA team to draft a African American player? Boston .... Who has 29 Hall of Fame players form their organization? Boston!! .... At least Boston has fans, you don't even see the Lakers arena filling up until halftime most of the time.... Two years ago in the Celtics/Lakers finals that arena was so quiet it was ridiculous!.... It's pretty pathetic that you are so blind and wear your purple sunglasses when it comes to the NBA... At least I can show my NBA knowledge and admit that the Lakers are a great organization and one of the top 3 in NBA history, I don't like like players but doesn't mean I can't respect what the franchise has accomplished.... But then again that takes actual NBA knowledge and knowing and respecting what you're watching...

I think ncf rooting for Boston only shows just how much of a bandwaggon fan he really is. No real LA fan would ever ever want Boston to win anything!!!

And when it comes to the bench, you keep talking about all your depth... In the playoffs most coaches only got 8 players deep on their roster and it hardly goes to 9 unless there is foul trouble... I'll take the championship experience of Michael Finley, Glen Davis & Rasheed Wallace & Tony Allen over Varejeo, Ilgauskas, Moon & Hickson ...... The Cavs will be the favorite because of their #1 seed and homecourt advantage but to think this Boston team is a pushover is quite comical.... Win or Lose, I'll still be here repping my Celtics because I'm no bandwagon fan!
I'm surprised nobody has jumped on this..

    Allow me.

Regarding Boston, their core is OLD. Their core group of players is what drives that average age up.. KG, Pierce, and Allen are coming close to being nothing but glorified role players (KG and Allen are pretty much there already).. Obviously Perkins and Rondo are going to drive that age down a bit.

When it comes to Cleveland, our core is young. LeBron is 25, Mo is like 26, Delonte about 25 or 26, JJ is 22, and so on.. The people that drive our age up are role players.. Shaq is 37 or 38.. Parker is 34, Jamison is 32, Z is like 34 as well...

BIG difference and why average age is stupid.

    No caps in thread titles.

LMAO, no one jumped on it because it wasn't even worthy of a response.

So Shaq and Jamison are "role" players while JJ is part of the "core?" Without getting scrub time in the blowout, JJ has played 6 minutes combined in the other 4 games. I understand your point and tend to agree with you but that point doesn't make any sense.

What he is saying is that most of Cleveland's main guys, LeBron and Mo, along with AV/West off the bench are younger. I wouldn't include JJ but he may play more this series depending on match ups, he is significantly younger.
  • sleeper
The Cavs are young because Lebron is 25, what a dumb question.
  • hangonsloopy
JJ may not be playing much now, but I would say he is most definitely a big part of their future.

    Perfectly stated.

    Bam!

Ya know, NCF, I don't get how anyone who lives around here can't be for the Cavs. I just don't get it. How can you be a Tribe fan, but NOT be for the Cavs?

This may be the lamest bandwagon excuse I have ever heard.

If you are a lifetime Laker fan you would NEVER cheer for the Celtics. You are a hater. Period. The end.

About as lame as my daddy like that team so do I.
About as lame as I live in this state so I like this team.
Well those are more lame to be honest.

No. "my mommy went to school with him so I like that team" is WAY more lame.

I'm surprised Jerry West didn't hunt you down and whip your ass then, NCF.

The Boston Celtics are scumbags. Sorry, osu456355f5655, but it's true.
And Boston is the most racist sports city in the US. You won 10 of your titles with the LBJ of the 1950s when players flew coach and smoked cigarettes at halftime. Woopty fucking do.

Truth of the matter, you guys sucked until you got Bird, and then the Lakers pimp slapped you back into obscurity.

You guys sucked for the next twenty years and then you sold your soul for one meager championship. And now you're paying for it in blood. Fuck you. And fuck Boston.

Now THAT is some very interesting historical perspective. I actually agree with Sage!

    OMG..

It's not hard to follow along.

JJ Hickson is a part of the Cavs CORE of players going forward into the future. Shaq and Jamison are KEY players for this season, but honestly, won't be with this team for more than 2 more seasons.

    Come on...
