Game 3 - LA Lakers @ OKC Thunder - Blood Feud: Congo Cash vs Impostor Congo Cash

  • Sage
    930 (Thank God) TNT.
    Lakers up 2-0

Any predictions for round 3 between the Congo's favorite sons?
  • jpake1
Eh.. lets go with LA 103 OKC 100 in OT.
  • SQ_Crazies
    LA.

Score don't matter, it's the playoffs.
  • Sage
I think OKC gets this one. They know they can play with the champs, home court/first playoff game in OKC (for the thunder, anyway) ever, etc. etc. etc.
  • SQ_Crazies
Oh come on Sage! You're just covering your ass like a lot of Cavs fans do. If they win so be it, but I know you don't really believe that. There is nothing that can lead anyone to seriously believe that the Cavs or Lakers will lose tonight--other than covering their ass in case their team loses. Both teams SHOULD most definitely win tonight.
  • Sage
Nah. Thunder/LAL are a lot more matched up than the Cavs/Bulls.

This is their first play-off game over....the crowd will be jacked... players like Eric Maynor, James Harden, Jeff Green ... those types of players ALWAYS play better at home.

If they get ANY three-point shooting at all, they will win. Unless Durant chokes.

    .....................

I mean, yes, I like our chances. Kobe's going to have to shoot better, which, not sure how that will play out.

I have a credo against betting against my team, but if I didn't, I would definitely be putting money on OKC money line.

I totally missed this thread. The crowd is bananas! Looks like a college game with all these blue shirts.
  • wildcats20
    Really bad camera angle IMO.

The crowd does look awesome though and at this rate they may be standing for a LONG time.

    Finally a bucket

Say what you will about LA's play of late, but the defense has looked pretty damn good
  • wildcats20
I agree. Except for the 2nd quarter of game 2 where they looked like shit in every facet of the game
  • wildcats20
If it weren't for Nash, CP3 and Tony Parker, Westbrook would be a perennial All Star
  • wildcats20
Did I miss something with Kobe??

    Finally a bucket.

The Thunder have the talent to win these two home games (I thought they would) but they are playing scared offensively imo.. Not playing within themselves (aside from Westbrook)

Defensively, they have played very well.

    4-9(4-5 from 3) 12 points.

    Sounds good to me

BTW....I'm glad Portland showed up tonight, down 20 early in the 2nd.
  • wildcats20
Oh and if you wanna talk about BAD shooting.....

    Kevin Durant: 2/10.

    Thanks for playing.
