If that judge had jailed him earlier maybe his wife Jennifer Viera would still be alive.

Article says he was a household name in Venezuela...........................that will bring comparisons to the great middleweight champion Carlos Monzon.
He was an icon in that country too...................................he was also a wife beater................................he threw his second wife from their balcony to her death, he was imprisoned for that act in 1989, a few years later while on a weekend release he died in a crash on the way back to the jail. Some believe he committed suicide but there is no evidence suggesting that he crashed on purpose.
