MLB Stadium Checklist?

  • BigAppleBuckeye
Someone used to keep tabs on how many "chatters" on this site visited MLB ballparks this year. Anyone want to take a stab at it this year? I am admittedly too lazy to do this haha.

For the record, I will be at Citi Field tomorrow for the Mets-Nats game, and I am going to try and catch a Giants game in San Francisco when I am there April 20-22.

I'm out there the same week - Giants are out of town (@ San Diego), but the A's host the Yankees. I'm going to try and make the Tuesday or Wednesday as both are 7:05 pm local starts according to the schedule I saw.

Crap, you are right! For some reason I looked at the week before and saw they were playing the Pirates. Oh man that blows. I have been to AT&T Park once before (vs. the Mets in 2008), and it is an AWESOME place to watch a game. I was really jonesing to go back too, that sucks.

Good (but frigid) game at Citi Field last night, Mets hit 4 bombs and got a nice start out of Pelfrey. The new ballpark has awesome food too, holy moly ...
  • Big Red Monster
I will be at Progressive Field next Friday Night for the White Sox-Indians game.

I'm in San Fran while you are (17th-22nd). The Giants are in LA and San Diego from the 16th-22nd and then come back home starting on the 23rd.

Oakland is home, however. I am gonna try and catch a game on that side of the bay.

From the game last night, it was a good one:

  • BigAppleBuckeye
^^Love Fenway Park, still my favorite! My one and only game there was in 2005 (I think), Big Papi hit a grand slam and the Sox beat Tampa 10-0.
  • gorocks99
And last night Papi struck out on three pitches and then hit into a 4-2-3 double play. He's come so far.
