How Valuable Is Houston Street?

  Houston Street is in the DL right now. I've not done fantasy baseball in quite sometime, but was offered Mark Teixeira and Ryan Franklin for Brian McCann and Houston Street. I have Joey Votto and also have Lance Berkman, who is on the DL right now. Help? Please?

  Who's your other Catcher?
  
  Tex would be good but most Catchers are horrible, and Votto or Berkman's numbers won't be too far behind Tex's.
  
  I'd probably not make the deal unless you have another good catcher.
  
  Street should get a good 30+ saves however.
