NHL fans: Who's rockin a playoff beard this year?????

  It's a tradition me (Sabres fan) and my buddy (Pen's fan) share in every year our teams are in the playoffs. I hate it the way it feels, but I love the tradition. On the bright side I don't see Buffalo hanging around as long as they have the past two times I've had the beard........so, any other hockey fans growing a playoff beard?????

  I'll be growing one as well. I actually grew my hair out at the beggining of the 08-09 season and ended up with a jew fro, and I cut it the day after the Pens won the cup!

  I grow out the goatee because I do not look right with a beard. Was pretty full last year after 2 months. Hopefully I can get it that long again this year.

  When do you guys start growing yours? I stop shaving when a playoff spot is clinched, so it's nice and burly by the time the playoffs actually start.....

  I just shaved the other day, but on the 12th I'll shave again the day before the playoffs start.
