    Seems like I find myself thinking abortion would have been the better option for the parents of, oh, a good 1/4 to 1/3 of the people I randomly encounter.

    How about some sort of removable semi permanent birth control. Once you are approved and have a license then you may have your birth control removed and have kids.

    You realize that this translates into governmental permission being necessary for having children.
