Love the quote from the Sheriff in the 2nd link, "Whoever thought this could happen here?" Abdalla said. Answer: everyone.

Basically a giant toilet bowl that people who never evolved all the way from caveman to modern human can call home. Like a leper colony for dumb shits.

So did the judge shoot him or a probation officer? I saw articles earlier on today saying the judge did, but that could have been mistaken. Justice was swift either way.

Is the judge is 5% at fault here?

Oh, I didn't think he officially was on the team.

    Just found this -
Update: Youngstown State announced on Wednesday night that Ma'lik Richmond will not be playing football for the Penguins this season. He will, however, remain part of the football program and participate in practice, though he will forfeit a year of eligibility.

Should have said help him get on the playing field....

I live about 35 minutes south and the local news was saying that the judge himself shot him back.

    Just heard an update.

Apparently the judge at one point dropped his gun, but picked it back up to shoot. At this point a probation officer joined in the shooting. I guess the perp was a terribly bad shot, because he didn't get his purpose finished and he is dead. Good.

Read an article that said the Sheriff said that it was a good thing the guy was a bad shot.

    Poetic justice.

I can imagine all the hilarity that would be going on if JJ was still up and running.

Anyone who tried to talk about this would be banned, so none of his Steuby trash would get upset.
