If you had to...

If you were forced to and you could only eat food from one fast food joint for an entire year (the only food you are allowed to consume)....which place would you choose?

This would be brutal pretty quickly but I think I'd go with Wendy's. Chili, meal type salads and baked potato option probably put them the best choice for me.

Even though food is unhealthy and fatty I feel most would lose weight if they had to do this as they'd quickly get to eating the bare minimum due to growing so tired of the same place.

Wendy's is a pretty easy fast food choice for me. Much better than other fast food joints.

Chick-fil-a. Guess I won't be eating on Sundays.

    Skyway

Wendy's would probably be my choice also. I have been eating lunch a lot at Pizza Hut because of the salad bar and buffet....but they only have that for lunch, I believe.

Just have to be leftovers lol

Probably Wendy's. It's always been the "healthier" fast food option imo. Definitely have plenty of variety.

Cookout. Has the most variety, I think. Plus, the shakes!

    ...Wendy's for sure.

I was going to pick Wendy's too, but probably Chipotle. I think I could eat it everyday.

    Sheetz.

    Never heard of it.

I think I'd go Wendy's as well. The 4 for $4 deal is a great value, and the spicy chicken is the GOAT fast food sandwich.

    It's mostly a southern chain.

If we are going with nationally recognized chains I would probably say Panera Bread to keep it relatively healthy. Chipotle is a close second.

If we are speaking of lesser known chains, I would go with Cava, which is a fast casual chain that has exploded the last few years. It's a Mediterranean chipotle pretty much.

I would get tired of their food fairly quickly but a good pick. The shakes are a dig fence maker in this cruddy scenario.

Edit: left autocorrect because it's funny

I agree with this, but Sheetz has way more variety. I would miss baked potatoes, but oh well.

If I had to choose a traditional fast food place with a drive-thru, it would be Wendy's I think. No breakfast, tho...that's a bummer.

Just Sheetz fast food section....don't be roaming the store

Sheetz food is on the McDonald's level of disgusting. Edible, but barely.

I would choose Panera or Chipotle or Wendy's. Panera would be healthier, Wendy's more options...but Chipotle, good lord it is good.

Erroneous on all counts. I love them both.

If Panda Express counts, add Chinese fast-food to the list.
  • Automatik
    Probably Wendy's.

Panera is bomb, but that's "fast casual", not the same as your typical fast food place. Same with Chipotle, Cava, etc.

Also, Sheetz is fucking foul. Great snack and drink selection, but their food is filth. I just stopped at 3 over the past weekend during a road trip to Ohio.

I think I would go with Whataburger. I'd have to get some place that served breakfast foods.
  • Dr Winston O'Boogie
I'd go with Chick-fil-a. Primarily because they seem cleaner and better staffed to me. Granted I'm in the heart of Chick-fil-a country, but this matters. Their menu has some variety including salads, so I could manager.

This reminds me of the Supersize Me documentary where the guy ate only McDonald's for one month. The guy got fat and his health suffered considerably.

There is nothing at Sheetz that isn't worse than the same food at another fast food chain..

Sheetz hamburgers-worse than Wendy's, worse than Burger King, probably worse than McDs, but it's close
Burritos-worse than Chipotle and on par with Taco Bell.
    Pizza-God Aweful and usually burt.

I could keep going, but you get the idea, and I am not a "fast food sucks, don't ever eat it" guy. I like Wendy's, Arby's, even Taco Bell at times...but Sheetz is almost as bad as eating out of the trash.

McDonald's fries are the only thing worth a crap there...and their fries are delicious.

I thought Sheetz was known for their subs?
