Enough is enough

Some addict has been revived by Dayton police 20 times.

[FONT=&quot]"We’ve Narcan’d the same guy 20 times,” Dayton police Major Brian Johns said. “There has to be some sort of mechanism or place for people like that. If you’re not going to get help, we’re going to require you to get some sort of treatment going. Because that is a waste of police resources.”

At least garnish his bank account for all the costs, and do the same for all other repetitive offenders.

This guy is immortal. He should be studied extensively.

Bring the draft back. If you've been revived 20 or more times, you are automatically enlisted.

The good- All the prescription opiates you want.
The bad- Ending up dead from war, not overdosing.

How the hell do they get there in time 20 times? Does he call them in advance to let them know he's shooting up?

The sad part is that these junkies get Narcan, at no cost, while someone with allergies has to pay an arm and a leg for an Epipen. Where's like_that with the Ivan Drago ""if he dies....he dies" gif?

...this fucker should just shoot up and OD in the emergency room at the hospital and save the tax payers the cost of the ambulance ride.

An Ohio town has been so overwhelmed by drug overdose emergencies that a councilman proposed a three-strikes penalty so EMS would not respond to an overdose victim who has required two previous interventions.
<!-- cxenseparse_end --><!-- cxenseparse_start -->Middletown City Council member Dan Picard told the local Journal-News that arresting those who overdose on heroin or other drugs adds to the problem by straining the city budget, jail and court system.
<!-- cxenseparse_end --><!-- cxenseparse_start -->“John Smith obviously doesn’t care much about his life, but he’s expending a lot of resources and we can’t afford it,” Picard said.

This was already tried with Keith Richards, and the results were inconclusive.

This is where I'm at with this. I only have empathy or sympathy for so long.
