  The 14th Amendment reads as follows:
  

  No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

  In Plyler v. Doe, the Supreme Court found that "any person" includes people who do not live in the United States particularly in that case illegal immigrants being educated in the United States.
  
  Additionally, under an original intent analysis wherein we attempt to divine what the Founding Fathers would do under the circumstances (which seems to be the pop-conservative approach to jurisprudence), James Madison wrote that aliens were entitled Constitutional Protection and advantage in exchange for temporary obedience.
  
  Moreover, the Supreme Court affirmed Plyler v. Doe in 2001 in Zabvydas v. Davis that 14th Amendment applies to all aliens whether they are lawful, unlawful or transitory.
  
  In other words, the Constitution as intended, as currently written in plain language, and as interpreted since the adoption of the 14th amendment provides constitutional protection to non U.S. citizens and residents.
  
  Your preferred point of view would require amending the 14th Amendment.

  The Bush Administration managed to create an agency that stops and frisks anybody going onto an airplane within the framework of Constitutional jurisprudence because, unlike Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani and company who came up with the particular executive orders being knocked down - they weren't a bunch of incompetent, bumbling fools.

  It seems to me that the entire point of the constitution is to protect the rights of everyone, especially people you disagree with. It's not freedom of speech that i agree with. It's not guns for only the people on my side. And it's not freedom of religion for people who have my religion.

  I agree 100%. It is crazy to me that liberals in this country think that all rights in the Constitution apply to Mohammed Goatfucker and any of his accomplices that might stumble across our border but the 1st Amendment doesn't cover anything they call "hate speech."

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) reported that of the 1,000+ acts of hate reported in the wake of the November 8, 2016 election, 37 percent of those incidents“directly referenced either President-elect Donald Trump, his campaign slogans, or his infamous remarks about sexual assault.”
