  yeah, but even though it isn't it's intended purpose, it's led to some arrests of some crimes that otherwise would go unnoticed/unsolved

  I saw something last night or this morning that said he did not use Facebook Live, he just recorded the video and then posted it later. If that is the case, then this is a platform that has existed for many, many years.

  I hope they catch him before he strikes again. Usually these sick fucks turn the gun on themselves afterwards. Hopefully that's why they can't find him...he went to some basement somewhere and killed himself.

  Hopefully not. Has there been any confirmed deaths outside of the one on film? Hopefully he was just lying about killing 15 people.
