  Early this morning 4:30 am, I had just headed out to go to my first appointment. The roads looks wet but didn't seem to be black ice ... I was wrong. I had just gotten on the expressway when over an overpass and proceed to do a 360 w/ a side slide ...
  im thankful nobody was around me and no damage to my truck or property....

  I hit the bottom step into the office this morning and ended up on my side before I knew it. 8 weeks removed from back surgery it scared the shit out of me.
