I think it's a good idea to have it in the school if the problem is as bad as it seems to be. My daughter goes to Dublin and according to her there are lots of drugs there. -

redstreak oneRead the book "Dreamland", by Sam Quinones, it talks about how the prescription pain pill epidemic in the early 90's through the early 2000's drove the heroin epidemic we see now. Opiates are the King of addiction, the opiate problem in prescription pain pills were too easy to come by. Scioto County, Portsmouth was what Quinones said the epicenter of the opiate addiction problem in America.
