Best Shoe for Cardio/Running

  I've switched to the Saucony cohesion 9, most comfortable shoes i've run distance in.

  Nike Flynknit Freerun for me, I'm pleased with them.

  My buddy really likes the Adidas Boost shoes. The cushioning material is the same as used in BMW dashboards and supposedly has great energy return.

  I have a pair of adi boost. Not anything you could run 50 miles a week in. I am running in Hoka Arahi
  They are a legit big mileage shoe

  Back when I was running a lot, I thought about getting a pair but they're so hideous. They look like old people rocker role sketcher shoes. Couldn't pull the trigger.
