Passed an HR interview and for my 2nd phone interview they want to FaceTime with the person this position would report to. Anyone else ever do a FaceTime Style interview. Should I throw on a tie?

Can't hurt. What have you go tot lose by throwing on e on? I've interviewed candidates before via google hangout. #1, make sure you've done your fucking homework about the company/position. 2. For the love of god, make sure you're on good wifi.

Wear a clip on bow tie, with a nice shirt, and no pants. Get up at least once.

Hang a Bernie Sanders poster in the background; they'll eat it up.

Wear all black and be an asshole to everyone on the call. Your understanding of their culture will impress them.

No tie. Throw on a decent blazer if you have one.

That said, QCB's idea is pretty good too.
