Today I had a chicken swarms wrap. Usually its a sandwich and fruit (apple, banana, etc...) I can gain weight super fast, and watching what I eat to keep me in line requires constant vigilance.Ironman92;1770884 wrote:Just for nosey purposes....what do you consider a big lunch? -

Christmas Eve we do appetizer type stuff (cheese ball and crackers, meatballs, bacon wrapped sausages, veggie tray and fruit tray, my aunt usually brings a couple pizzas.
Christmas Dinner the next day we have dinner food. -
