  I was craving ribs but only thing I had thawed out was hamburger. So made sloppy joes. I did set some ribs out and mixed up a dry rub to put on them over night. Will put them on the smoker tomorrow around one.

  Smoked this pork butt Friday night. Was nothing left after a party on Saturday so I guess it was good. Also made a spicy mustard and my bbq sauce. All turned out great.
