Last splurge purchase was an Xbox One at Thanksgiving. Don't have anything I really want now but a few of my friends have gotten new cars lately and I'm fighting the temptation to do something stupid there.

A countertop deep fryer so I can have wings whenever I want, since the local shop never stays open for any length of time. Fucking poor people trying and failing at business.

Another long series of books (Malazan Book of the Fallen).

Rock on the Range is another one, but I bought those tickets as soon as they came available. But combine that with all the booze and, uh, supplements and it'll be quite costly.

Great now Terry is going to go waste 200K on a new car!

Haven't really purchased anything major recently biggest thing was $45 Huntsville Brewfest tickets that is in May.

Was looking at a new TV this weekend though but figured I can just wait until after a house is bought next year.

I think, with me, it's more of a "eat smaller portions" thing than a total "eat healthy all/most of the time" thing. There's just too many things I really, really like, so I just try to limit how much of that stuff I eat and supplement it with healthier stuff. I just don't have the desire to do any of the more strict diets where I cut out wings, pizza and stuff like that, so I go with something more doable.

Although I do have to get the discipline back into full effect. March was a bit of a disaster for me diet-wise as far as portion control goes. Too much drunj time with the NCAAs.

lol'd. If that was one of the new Batmobile's from the Christopher Nolan trilogy though......

and to be honest, that is the most reasonable way to go about things.

Factual. I plan for $80-$100/day on booze and food. We usually pregame pretty heavily and grab some food before we head in around noon or 1. I drink PBRs at $6/beer (but I always tip, so make it $7) and usually have one meal in the stadium. It's almost always the personal pizza they sell. It used to be Donatos, but I think it was Papa John's last year. Anyway...shit's not cheap.

Yeah, at the end of basketball season, I dropped 10 lbs. pretty quick, and was under 200 lbs. for the first time in a long time. Got that weight right back with excessive spring break drinking.

55" LG TV, got on sale for $575. I sold a bunch of my watches so I'll probably splurge on a new one of those.
  • Automatik
LED? That's a good price. I'm hoping to upgrade. I still have a beefy Panny plasma on the wall.

Yeah - one of the "defective" models, and by defective it has a scratch in the plastic on the back of the TV ha. Had a 36" on the wall which i never thought was that small until i upgraded.

    Well done.

I just picked up $445 worth of stuff at Eddie Bauer. Luckily there was a big sale going so I didn't pay near that.

The Fleshlight video on their website is hilarious. Like, this broad holds one down by her vag, and the dude bangs it instead of just putting his D in her V.

Why drop coin on a Fleshlight? Saw something the other day with instructions on how to make one out of a Pringles can. I haven't left the house since.
