  My family usually does a fish fry on Good Friday...whatever we had left from the last fall that we caught and froze.
  
  
  Do the in law thing on Easter and they dont have any real tradition other than having someone else provide the main course. This year was a family friend of their's who made smoked brisket. It wasnt bad.
