sleeperSteubenville
Any questions? -
ZWICK 4 PREZNope. That's pretty much the consensus pick.
-
supermanCleveland and Toledo suck also.
-
ernest_t_bassThe list begins and ends with Lima, OH.
-
Belly35The area around Toledo is very nice offers alot but as for Toledo the worst....

Lima, Defiance, Turdedo are all terrible. I've never been to portsmouth, but I imagine that city is pretty horrible too.ernest_t_bass;1713410 wrote:The list begins and ends with Lima, OH.
Dayton should be top 7. Not a lot going on there either. -

Defiance does not belong on that list at all. It's certainly not nice though.Commander of Awesome;1713416 wrote:Lima, Defiance, Turdedo are all terrible. I've never been to portsmouth, but I imagine that city is pretty horrible too.

My hometown is a complete joke. Between the corruption, incompetence, and sheer stupidity of some in the city, it makes it a real joke. -
GOONx19If potholes play into the equation Youngstown is certainly near the top.

Ironman92Portsmouth does have some nice new school facilities....the Ribber but it's probably pretty well up there on this list.
I will say Wellston is the worst in SE Ohio -

Semantics here, but what exactly are we qualifying as a city? Those above do not strike me as "cities." Especially Wellston.Commander of Awesome;1713416 wrote:Lima, Defiance, Turdedo are all terrible. I've never been to portsmouth, but I imagine that city is pretty horrible too.
But, maybe I just don't know what is a "city." Many people call different towns, villages, etc. the "city" whenever they are going there. Not sure I necessarily agree with the above being cities, unless they are actually classified as that. -
Uz2Bon36Dayton is really quickly going downhill. Standard Register claiming bankruptcy is another huge loss.

It's called the city of Wellston and it sucks much bad so it countsOSH;1713494 wrote:Semantics here, but what exactly are we qualifying as a city? Those above do not strike me as "cities." Especially Wellston.

I always thought anything over 2,000 in population was a city and under a village -
GOONx19This random article says the US Census requires 5,000.

friendfromlowryI'm glad Portsmouth was brought up. So a couple weeks ago we went to Charlotte for the weekend. For some reason the GPS in my car detoured us through there. I don't know when exactly they last got snow, but the town looked like it was in the middle of a blizzard. Not a single street - even the busy downtown ones were plowed at all. Didn't even see a plow. What a shithole.

I was anticipating taking 35 east til about Charleston, WV. GPS in car took me to Chillicothe (i was coming from Dayton area) then 23 down to Portsmouth and 52 til it hooked up with 64...I think. But it was an hour longer than just taking 35.Ironman92;1713590 wrote:23 to Kentucky then 60 to 64 maybe.

Mileage wise it should be really close but would always go 35-64friendfromlowry;1713605 wrote:I was anticipating taking 35 east til about Charleston, WV.
