I can't fall asleep so I usually find a podcast and that helps me fall asleep. What some of everyone's favorites. I like:

    Fantasy Football Focus
stuff you missed in history class
    stuff you should know
    Joe rogan
    Bs report
  • Zoltan
If you like Rogan you might like The Fighter and the Kid with Brendan Schaub and Bryan Callen. It's not smart discussion at all, but just plain meat head humor most of the time. Schaub and Callen making fun of each other is pretty entertaining at times.

    Bill Burr's Monday Morning Podcast

No idea if this will help you fall asleep, but it's funny.
  • Iliketurtles
BS Report (especially the one with Cousin Sal)
    Grantland NFL Podcast
    Fantasy Focus Football
    Football Today
Behind The Bets aka The Scooch Pod
    Fantasy Underground
    Championship Drive
    ESPN College Basketball
Then if I ever run out of stuff I'll list to between this I'll listen to the latest SVP & Russillo or The Herd (The actual shows not their podcasts).

    American Life
    DraftCoundown (NFL Draft show)
    NBA Lockdown
    Fresh Air
    Planet Money

    Freakonomics
    Stuff You Should Know
    The Moth
    World Soccer Daily

That's it for talk. I also have ton of electronic music podcasts that I listen to regular, but I doubt many would be interested in that list.

I've heard from several people that the Joe Rogan podcast is VERY good. I've haven't gave it a try yet, myself.

My Podcasts (which I love) include:

Kiley & Booms (Live on the West coast and I gotta catch my fill of Cleveland sports)
Bull & Fox (see Kiley & Booms)
    ESPN Fantasy Focus Football
    Around The Horn
    Pardon The Interruption
    The Thundering Herd
The Tony Kornheiser Show (I really wish I listened to this more often - I'm desperately trying to find a complete listing of 'Old Guy Radio')
PM Podcast (gotta get my PDUs and Cornelius is a great guy)
Eleven Dubcast (Eleven Warriors is such a great website, but unfortunately their podcast is severely lagging behind)

Behind the Bets with Chad Millman (ESPN Editor-In-Chief of ESPN) with Bob Scucci is very cool if you're interested in sports betting. Weekly podcast available on Wednesdays on the ESPN Radio app.

Rogan's podcast when I started listening to it was super interesting. Him, and his friends, have some really interesting views and a unique outlook on life. However, it gets very repetitive after you have listened for a while. It's understandable though when you are doing 3-4 two and half hour podcasts a week.
