I'll take a attractive women who can converse intelligently about sports and who loves to go to games over a smokin' hot one that can't/doesn't....every time.

Not me. I like the fact my wife doesn't like sports. I think it is better if you don't have everything in common and there are things you can each enjoy on your own or with your friends.

I'd rather watch a game either by myself, or with other buddies. I'm fine with a woman watching sports with me as long as she doesn't freaking comment on everything. I'm also very sexist.

You can like the same things and still enjoy them on your own sometimes. My boyfriend and I love sports, but we don't watch or attend every single game together.

    Agreed.

BUT..there are many out there who SAY they love and know about sports but are just plain clueless. They seem to be the ones who are the most vocal against ladies pretending to like sports...
Such as my step daughter. Supposely loves football, the broncos per say, but always says they would be better if Tebow or Kyle Orton was the QB. Or the fact she believes football is 100% like WWF and tries to convince her younger brother about it!

I love that my wife knwos and likes baseball. Makes it easier to turn a reds game on every day!

My wife is very understanding of my sports addiction....and she knows a good bit about sports for a woman who never played.

I consider myself a lucky guy. I knew my wife was the girl for me, when for our second date she went to opening day with me, and sat out by the left field foul pole at old Municipal Stadium in sub 40 degree weather... Dressed appropriately and loved it.

I'd say our 30 + year marriage has revolved around sports. Tribe, Browns, Buckeyes.

I love that my wife likes going to CBJ games with me. We are getting season tickets next year. She's also a fan of going to the big 10 basketball tournament and March madness games. Once the weather gets cold though it's hard to get her to a football game.

My wife never watches sports and has no idea what's going on, but likes going to them, so that's good enough for me. My 5 month old daughter will sit in her swing and watch football games so even better.

    yeah, baby!

Love that my wife is also a football fan. She's a Steeler fans and I'm a Browns fan, so the rivalry keeps it interesting.

My golf partner in an all male league last year was a chick. She's a great golfer and not only knows her sports, she can talk trash with the best of guys. Some of the less progressive Neanderthals in the league were upset she was gonna somehow mess up the dynamics but by the end of summer everyone was good with it. We lost the Championship Playoff by one FKN stroke. She'll be back this year.

Does she hit off the ladies tees?

I think I would actually hate this. I have never dated anyone who likes a rival team. My boyfriend likes the Jaguars, but who gives a fuck about them.

They are called "forward" tees now and yes she does. The rest of us hit from the "middle tees".

I'm a huge sports nut and so is my husband. We typically have something sports related on TV at all times.

It's a family thing for sure. My 82 year old grandma probably knows more about sports then a good amount of guys.

I also think guys that don't like sports are weirdos. Unfortunately the past 5 years or so the majority of guys I worked with don't like sports.

I am glad I married a sports gal...it would be hard, in my opinion, for my profession to be with someone who doesn't like sports -- especially the one I coach.

It's our life. It's our past-time. It's our hobby. It's our passion. We met on the field. We basically live around the field and around the team. It's tough to imagine life without it being an integral part of both of us (individually and collectively). I probably would never have gotten married to my wife (or dated) if she wasn't into the same, and I expected that from her too.

Outside of that, we are huge fans of the same teams (she became a Packer fan when we started dating, never really had an NFL team before). The only stuff we differ in is college sports teams...which I don't have any and she loves UK and Nebraska (family ties to both).

Yeah, always wondered what guys do who dont like sports. Imagine you are talking about the last 5 years being military guys? I am dumbfounded when we do some sort of basketball, football, etc for PT and how unathletic most of them are!

girl i'm talking to went to st. marys and is a hardcore golden domer fan. Would be a deal breaker, but she is from Youngstown and roots for Cleveland instead of Pittsburgh teams so I can deal with it.
