It can only go on for so long (think this might be the last season) and the premise is just hilariously over-the-top ridiculous, but it's damn good. Every show pretty much has me glued to the TV.
Mantooth loves Banshee. I don't have Cinemax, but I really want to watch it. -
thavoiceThe Americans started last week. Caught most of it, not too bad of a start.
Last show I would watch was SOA and nothing really has replaced it. Try to catch Brain Games new eps. -

I thought it was a really good opener. IMO, easily the best drama on network tv right now. I like that I have no real idea what direction the show will go.thavoice;1702619 wrote:The Americans started last week. Caught most of it, not too bad of a start.. -

Definitely over-the-top. Here's this town in BFE where Indians, the Amish, mobsters, cops, and now the military all fight each other. The intense fights that seem to last ten minutes are ridiculous as well. I was surprised when they revealed Lucas's fake identity to the hot cop.Heretic;1702606 wrote:I've just been keeping up with the third season of Banshee. Good times. Brutal fights. Police station under siege by Inhuman Badass Chayton and company, she's the only one that knows Lucas' dirty little secret, there's still 6-7-8 shows left in the season. Poor Siobhan, her life expectancy doesn't seem to be all that long. -

Love the show, mostly for Lili Simmons.Heretic;1702606 wrote:I've just been keeping up with the third season of Banshee. Good times. Brutal fights. Intriguing personal drama.
