Buy Tickets to ONE of These Performances

  • ernest_t_bass
Just saw this on the book. If you could buy tickets to see only ONE of these performers (price doesn't matter), which would it be?

Mine is a toss up between Michael Jackson and Tupac.

    It depends.

Are we talking when they died? Or the prime of their careers?

I would have loved to see MJ in his prime, but I watched his movie after his death. He could still sing, but I don't think the performance would have been that great.

I would go with Tupac or Whitney.

There are people out there that believe she was unbelievably talented. Me? Not so much.

Hendrix in a small venue in which you could be close enough to see him work. In an arena/stadium setting, Freddie Mercury, who is the greatest on-stage front man ever.

Same list but top three is w.o Johnny.

    Lennon, assuming it isnt solo.

    Otherwise, Michael Jackson.

    1. Cash
    2. Elvis
    3. Mercury

15 years ago I would have said Tupac, but I wouldn't be caught dead at a Tupac concert today. I only secretly listen to him in my car with the windows up.

For the record, snot had a dog named Tupac, and he also cried with the rapper died. We had a JV football game at Triad the day he was shot and killed.

    Marley would have been awesome.
  • WebFire
Elvis, Johnny Cash and the Beatles would be cool for sure, partly because they were before my time.
