Sprint lte in Columbus, Ohio. Can only pick up if you have a tri-band phone.

It's considered band 41 or 2600 mhz. Yep of the LTE bands sprint is launching nationwide.

    Sprint has 4G?

    Who knew...?
  • imex99
That's crazy good.... Home Internet starts at 3mbps and up! The download is the one that matters unless you upload large files on ur phone.

Sprint just recently redid the network in my area and I went from dropping a call daily to full bars and quick internet while the verizon folks near me still only have 1 bar.

It's only partially complete though.... What area do you live and what phone do you have?

If you want more information, go to www.s4gru.com to read up on where the upgrades are at.

They're way behind everyone else on a proper 4G deployment.

    StraightTalk (AT&T)

Still getting random data dropouts with StraightTalk. Going to try out an Aiowireless SIM here soon. I have the simcard and plan ready to go, just haven't tried it out yet.

I have a few saved on my phone from T-Mobile. They average about 25 down, 5 up.

Sprint is doing a ton of upgrades in the San Diego area. I never had any problems with Sprint until now. Data and calls drop. But at least they did warn us with a text message.

    Best down.

    Best up.

    Verizon.

Sprint sucks. They sell a service we that does not work well. Sprint could not enforce a contract if they were wanted to because it is easy to prove that service does not work well. Family of four with a phone in Cleveland, Columbus and Charlotte. We can text with each other but sure and hell can't talk to each other.

My Sprint service works excellent, with family all over Ohio, NC and Illinois. Guess it's different for everyone.

Service is really bad during upgrades.... Old towers don't hand off to new ones that well! Service will be much better when all three lte bands are working in your area.

G2 is a good phone.... I'm using one now love the tap feature. The screen shot combo is hard to get used to though.

That's why I just posted speedtest link. The autocorrect software that came with the tmobile version is trash too

It gets easier after practicing (power & volume down) and use SwiftKey keyboard.

Just popped in my Aiowireless SIM. First speed test was terrible, but comparable to the StraightTalk speeds above.

Really with T-Mobile wasn't EDGE at my new job. I'd be on their $30 plan in a heartbeat.
