  hardly, they were our enemies before, supported the Taliban and al Queda before, killed Americans before there ever was a drone killing program. If we had had the will earlier Bin Laden and his leadership would have been dead before 9/11. 9/11 was the blowback from us not acting sooner.
  And when you are Americans giving aid and comfort to our enemies in war situation, you are legitimate targets.
